However at moment they still lack critical changes. There is still a major lack of competition. Not enough cross state line competition of insurance. Second, and even more important to get consumers to have knowledge and freedom, force costs to be shown. You do not hand your vehicle to a mechanic without an estimate. Don’t order at a restaurant without knowing the menu and food costs. Finally, there is no sane restructure of certain “prescription” rules. People with sleep apnea or on oxygen or at home dialysis shouldn’t have to have prescriptions for replacement of common non medicinal products. Tubing. Plastic implements. Filters. Market should be open for chronic conditions and the “prescription” of the aides.
