If I had to choose between Tulsi and Kristi, I'll take Tulsi. Experience to some degree matters. Yes, being a governor is good experience but it might be a better fit for DHS, but not CIA. Tulsi offers a more comprehensive resume. Of course, here I am, not a governor or even affiliated at all with a government entity wanting to be the director of FEMA. I still hold fast to that Maybe if I put on my false eyelashes, highlight my hair, and do some cross training...that might do it. 😉
