Trump Unloads on CNN After Iran Strikes: “Gutless Losers”
As Trump blasts the media, ICE snags Iranian illegals and DeSantis rolls out “Alligator Alcatraz” — the border war is only heating up.
Good Morning, it’s Wednesday, June 25th, 2025.
Trump’s had enough of the “fake news” spin on America’s knockout blow against Iran’s nukes — and he’s saying it loud and clear. Meanwhile, ICE is pulling Iranian illegals off U.S. soil, Florida’s building an alligator-guarded detention camp, and most Americans say it’s high time to stop activists from sabotaging immigration enforcement. The war might be cooling overseas — but it’s burning hotter than ever here at home.

Trump thrashes CNN as ‘gutless losers’ for coverage of US strikes on Iran
President Donald Trump is hammering CNN and MSNBC after both networks tried to downplay the success of the U.S. strikes on Iran’s nuclear program this weekend. Speaking to reporters Tuesday morning as he left for the NATO summit, Trump unloaded on what he called “fake news outlets” that “ought to apologize to our B-2 pilots.”
“You’re gutless losers,” Trump said about CNN. “I have to watch that garbage. It’s fake news. But CNN is a gutless group of people.”
The president was responding to multiple segments on CNN and MSNBC in the last 48 hours questioning whether the three Iranian nuclear sites—Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan—had actually been “destroyed” as claimed.
Trump wasn’t having it. “That place is demolished,” he said, referring to Fordow. “The B-2 pilots did their job better than anyone could imagine. They hit that target late in the evening—dark, no moon—and that place is gone.”
He didn’t stop there. “CNN all night long was trying to say ‘Maybe it wasn’t really demolished.’ It was demolished,” Trump said. “I think CNN ought to apologize to the pilots of the B-2s. I think MSNBC ought to apologize. These networks are losers. You really are.”
Trump also called out MSNBC owner Brian Roberts as a “weak, pathetic disgrace” for airing similar coverage doubting the strike.
Bottom line: The U.S. military executed a textbook strike, taking out the heart of Iran’s nuclear program without a single U.S. casualty. The media couldn’t help themselves—they had to spin it. Trump’s message? “Our pilots delivered. The American people know it. And these networks? They’re gutless.”
ICE says it arrested 11 Iranian illegal immigrants as Trump warns of sleeper cells in US
Federal immigration authorities confirmed Tuesday they’ve arrested 11 Iranian illegal immigrants across multiple states, as President Trump continues to sound alarms about Iranian “sleeper cells” operating inside the U.S.
“Under Secretary Noem, DHS has been full throttle on identifying and arresting known or suspected terrorists and violent extremists that illegally entered this country,” DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement. “We are getting the worst of the worst out — and we are.”
ICE released details of the arrests, which included multiple individuals with serious criminal records and past ties to the Iranian military. Among those taken into custody was Ribvar Karimi of Alabama — believed to be an Iranian Army sniper — and Mehran Makari Saheli in Minnesota, a convicted felon with admitted Hezbollah connections.
Other arrestees include illegal Iranian nationals previously convicted of drug trafficking, assault, child abuse, weapons charges, and more — some of whom had been under deportation orders for years but remained in the U.S. under the Biden administration’s lax enforcement policies.
Trump, speaking to reporters Tuesday, placed the blame squarely on Joe Biden’s “fraudulent parole programs” and border failures. “Biden let a lot of stupid stuff in,” Trump said. “And among everything else, he let a lot of super cells in. Many from Iran.”
While Trump’s “super cells” comment was a slip of the tongue — likely meaning “sleeper cells” — the danger is real. In one arrest, ICE nabbed a U.S. citizen in Arizona who threatened to open fire on ICE officers attempting to apprehend an Iranian national. In another case, an Iranian national in Texas, long under a deportation order, was arrested carrying a loaded firearm.
The arrests come just days after Trump’s massive airstrike campaign against Iran’s nuclear sites and amid growing intelligence concerns about Iran-backed terrorist operations in the West. “We don’t wait until a military operation to execute,” McLaughlin said. “We proactively deliver on President Trump’s mandate to secure the homeland.”
‘Nowhere to go, nowhere to hide’: Florida will have ‘Alligator Alcatraz’ for illegal aliens up and running in days
A new immigration detention center — nicknamed “Alligator Alcatraz” — is rising in the heart of Florida’s alligator- and python-infested Everglades, with the goal of holding thousands of illegal aliens pending deportation.
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier confirmed Monday the state will use an old abandoned airport surrounded by swampland as a massive detention facility supporting President Trump’s mass deportation agenda. “It’s an efficient, low-cost opportunity,” Uthmeier said, since anyone trying to escape “has nowhere to go, nowhere to hide.”
The facility, being built by Florida’s Division of Emergency Management, will open within days with an initial 500–1,000 bed capacity, expanding to 5,000 beds by July. Tent structures will house detainees while state workers operate from old FEMA trailers. “We are working at turbo speed,” said DHS Secretary Kristi Noem, noting that FEMA’s Shelter and Services Program — which Biden used to house illegals in luxury hotels — will now help fund the project.
Running costs are estimated at $245 per bed per day, with Florida initially footing the $450 million annual bill, later reimbursed by FEMA. The site will process illegals arrested under the 287(g) program and ICE transfers, targeting criminals first. “I’m proud to help President Trump and Secretary Noem fix our illegal immigration problem once and for all,” Uthmeier said.
Naturally, protests have already erupted. Environmentalists claim the project threatens “sacred” land, while open-borders advocates are decrying it as a “callous disregard for human beings.” But Trump’s team is moving full steam ahead. “Under President Trump’s leadership,” Noem said, “we are delivering on the American people’s mandate for mass deportations.”
Majority Say It Should Be ‘Illegal’ for Americans to Prevent ICE from Doing Its Job
A new Economist/YouGov poll finds that most Americans think it should be illegal for citizens to interfere with ICE operations. The survey, conducted June 13–16, asked whether it should be legal or illegal “for Americans to attempt to prevent U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from doing its job.” The result: 52% said it should be illegal, 24% legal, and 24% were unsure.
The partisan breakdown is telling. A shocking 41% of Democrats said it should be legal to obstruct ICE from detaining or deporting criminal illegal aliens — only 26% of Democrats thought that should be illegal. Meanwhile, 80% of Republicans and 47% of independents backed making obstruction illegal.
The poll also showed a near-even split over the violent anti-ICE protests in Los Angeles: 45% approved, 44% disapproved. A majority (58%) agreed the protests were at least “somewhat serious.” These protests have included violent clashes with law enforcement — even as ICE has highlighted the kind of criminals being removed from U.S. streets.
Among those arrested in LA: Eswin Uriel Castro, a previously deported child molester; Anastacio Enrique Solis-Salinas, a Nicaraguan national with arrests for child cruelty and domestic violence; and Miguel Angel Palafox-Montes, caught with convictions for grand theft and narcotics trafficking.
As DHS noted, many of these individuals have long rap sheets for everything from rape and murder to drug distribution. Yet large numbers of Democrat voters — and leftist protesters on the ground — think it should be perfectly legal to interfere with ICE agents trying to remove these violent offenders from our communities.
