Trump Just Had the Best Week of His Presidency—and CNN Had to Admit It
Supreme Court wins, record stock market, a Middle East ceasefire—and the media can’t spin their way out of it.
Good Morning, it’s Sunday, June 29th, 2025.
Even CNN had to eat crow this week. Trump racked up wins like a man on a mission—border authority, trade triumphs, a ceasefire he brokered, and a stock market that laughed off months of doom forecasts. For once, even the haters couldn’t ignore the scoreboard. Let’s break it all down.

THE BEST WEEK OF TRUMP’S PRESIDENCY? CNN’S SCOTT JENNINGS THINKS SO
Even CNN couldn’t spin this week’s Trump wins—because they’re that undeniable.
CNN contributor Scott Jennings shocked the network’s own panel this weekend when he rattled off a list of Trump victories so overwhelming, no one even tried to argue back. “Win after win after win,” Jennings said—stock market highs, a Supreme Court smackdown of activist judges, peace in Africa, and gas prices at a four-year low. “This might be the best week of his entire presidency,” he added.
That wasn’t from Fox. That was CNN.
Why it matters?
Because even the most reluctant media figures are now being forced to admit the obvious: Trump’s second term is racking up serious wins.
Because from immigration to foreign policy, the courts are reinforcing—not resisting—Trump’s executive authority.
Because the American people can finally see what real leadership looks like again—and even the opposition media can’t ignore the results.
Here’s the week Jennings is talking about: The Supreme Court gave Trump the green light to deport illegal immigrants to third countries, bypassing liberal activist judges. The market soared to record highs as trade fears cooled. The administration helped end the 12-day war in the Middle East. Gas prices dropped to the lowest summer levels in four years. And Rwanda and Congo signed a peace deal after years of conflict. Name another president who could stack a list like that in seven days.
Jennings nailed it when he said: “He won the election. They didn’t. We don’t have 600 presidents—we have one.” That’s the core of what’s happening here. Trump’s not just surviving the swamp—he’s governing, delivering, and dominating.
Bottom line: Trump’s not just having a good week—he’s reshaping the narrative, winning battles on every front, and forcing even his loudest critics to admit it.
NOEM MOVES TO DEPORT 500,000 HAITIANS AS TPS COMES TO AN END
Half a million deportations are coming—and the Left is losing it.
On Friday, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem officially ended Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitians, setting up the deportation of approximately 500,000 foreign nationals who have been shielded from removal for over a decade. The decision follows a May Supreme Court ruling that handed Trump’s DHS the power to finally shut down these “temporary” programs—some of which have lasted for 15+ years.
Why it matters?
Because the Biden administration expanded TPS to unsustainable, absurd levels—TPS became a backdoor amnesty for people who were never supposed to stay.
Because this is the first major move to reverse Biden’s weaponized immigration policy—and it signals there’s more coming.
Because if half a million Haitians are going home, the days of pretending temporary means permanent are officially over.
Noem didn’t mince words. “This decision restores integrity in our immigration system and ensures that Temporary Protected Status is actually temporary.” That’s a shot directly at Biden and Mayorkas, who expanded TPS even as Haitian gangs began infiltrating the U.S., with some already arrested for violent crimes on American soil.
And the timing? Not accidental. The DHS announcement came after years of irregular Haitian migration spiked during Biden’s presidency—fueled by lax enforcement, legal loopholes, and sanctuary city promises. Now, that gravy train is over.
The deportations begin September 2. Haitians have until then to self-deport or pursue other legal options—if eligible.
Bottom line: Kristi Noem and DHS are pulling the plug on one of Biden’s biggest immigration handouts. This is a hard pivot back to law and order—and it’s just the beginning.
MUSK SLAMS SENATE GOP FOR ‘INSANE’ VERSION OF TRUMP TAX BILL
The richest man in America just turned on the Republican tax plan.
Elon Musk took to X this weekend to unload on the Senate version of Trump’s tax reform package—calling it “insane and destructive,” a gift to outdated industries, and a death sentence for America’s future. What’s got him so fired up? The Senate’s draft includes faster cuts to clean energy programs and an early termination of EV tax credits that directly hit Tesla, Musk’s flagship company.
Why it matters?
Because when Elon Musk—usually a Trump ally—calls your bill “political suicide,” Republicans better pay attention.
Because the $5 trillion debt ceiling hike buried in this thing could cripple America’s economic future—and Musk isn’t alone in sounding the alarm.
Because this might be the first major crack in the Trump-GOP-business alliance since the second term began.
Musk didn’t hold back: “Utter madness,” “fast lane to debt slavery,” and “millions of jobs destroyed” were just a few of the phrases he dropped. He even posted a Tarrance Group poll showing Republican voters fear the bill will balloon the deficit—and warned it could backfire big time at the ballot box. Sen. Rand Paul agreed, calling the spending levels “reckless.”
Meanwhile, the Senate is dragging its feet with procedural votes, and the House version—far more generous to EV and tech—is sitting in limbo.
Bottom line: If Trump wants a third win on taxes, he better fix the Senate’s Frankenstein draft before it turns into an economic and political liability. When Elon Musk and Rand Paul are sounding the same alarm, maybe someone should listen.
IRAN HOLDS MASS FUNERALS AFTER DEVASTATING $4 BILLION STRIKE ON NUKES, MILITARY LEADERS
U.S.-Israeli strikes just wiped out Iran’s top generals and nukes in the most successful campaign since the Gulf War.
Tehran is reeling after a joint American-Israeli military operation took out over $4 billion worth of Iran’s nuclear assets and decimated its top military brass. State funerals were held Saturday for 60 killed—including senior IRGC commanders and nuclear scientists—as Iran publicly mourned what’s being called its worst strategic loss since the 1980s. The hits were precise, brutal, and deliberate.
Why this matters?
Because Biden would’ve never had the balls to do this. Trump’s team just kneecapped the world’s top terror sponsor.
Because this puts Iran’s nuclear timeline back by years—and maybe saved Israel from annihilation.
Because the mainstream media tried to play this down as “tit-for-tat strikes.” In reality, it was a masterclass in surgical warfare.
Among the dead were top generals like Hossein Salami and Mohammad Bagheri, plus 11 nuclear scientists and key regime players, including the infamous Evin Prison prosecutor. The IRGC’s missile architect, Amir Ali Hajizadeh, was eliminated. The damage to Natanz, Fordow, and Isfahan was so deep, analysts say Iran’s entire enrichment capacity is now crippled. And that’s just the nuclear side.
Missile silos, Quds Force weapons networks, and command centers across five provinces? Gone.
U.S. MOP “bunker busters” hammered Fordow into the Stone Age. Israeli strikes kicked it off, and American bombers finished the job. Even the Israel Atomic Energy Commission confirmed Fordow is now “destroyed and inoperable.”
Bottom line: This wasn’t just a military win—it was a strategic beatdown. Iran lost its nuclear progress, its top killers, and its global standing. Trump promised strength. This was it.

Thanks for riding with us today. The spin is getting louder, the stakes are getting higher, and the victories are starting to pile up. But don’t blink—the same people who tried to steal the truth from you last time are already working overtime to rewrite this chapter too.
They can’t stop what’s coming. They can only hope you don’t see it.

P.S.
I can’t get over how even CNN was forced to acknowledge Trump’s knockout week. When the media has to admit he’s winning, you know it’s serious. What do you think—are they losing control of the narrative, or just trying to save face before November?
They told you he couldn’t win. They told you tariffs would tank the economy. They told you he was a warmonger. Show them this newsletter and ask one question: who’s winning now?

I found your substack about a week ago and it has quickly become one of my must-reads. Great work.
I'm not sure which is the better win, taking out Iran's nuclear facilities or taking real steps to fix the absolute mess the Biden administration made of illegal immigration. Of course, I'm not blaming Joe...it was just his name on the desk in the Oval Office. Hopefully we'll soon find out who really tried to remake our country against our will.
And they can’t stand it having bet against him and lying about everything trying to help take him down! I love how they have to eat their words
