The Epstein Cover-Up Just Became Official Policy—and Trump’s Team Signed Off
They promised to drain the swamp. Instead, they’re burying the bodies deeper.
Good Morning, it’s Wednesday, July 9th, 2025.
The DOJ and FBI released a memo claiming there’s no Epstein client list, no blackmail, no cover-up—just move along, folks. And when pressed for answers, Trump and Pam Bondi dodged, deflected, and declared the child porn tapes “will never see the light of day.” This isn’t closure. It’s surrender. Today we’re exposing the lie behind the lie—and why it’s waking up the very base that put Trump back in power.
Forward this to someone who knows this whole story still stinks.
And hit reply—are you buying what the DOJ is selling?

THE EPSTEIN MEMO BACKFIRED—BIG TIME
When a government says “nothing to see here,” there’s always something to see.
The Trump administration dropped a memo over the weekend meant to shut the door on Jeffrey Epstein’s death once and for all. Instead, they kicked that door wide open and walked into a firestorm. The DOJ and FBI claimed there’s no client list, no blackmail ring, and no cover-up—just a clean case, all wrapped up. The American people’s response? “Yeah, right.”
The memo, signed off by Attorney General Pam Bondi and backed by FBI brass Dan Bongino and Kash Patel, insists there’s no foul play—just suicide, no list, no co-conspirators. But even Trump’s allies aren’t buying it. BlazeTV’s Liz Wheeler called it a “clickbait cover-up” and said Bondi should be fired. Missouri Rep. Eric Burlison didn’t mince words: “Either they’re hiding something, or they’re inept.” The backlash isn’t coming from the Left. It’s coming from the base.
Ben Shapiro is one of the only voices defending the memo, saying if you think Bongino or Patel are lying, bring receipts. But that defense hasn’t stopped the questions. Robby Starbuck asked how Bondi could’ve claimed the files were on her desk one month and now say they never existed. Russell Brand chimed in, asking what happened to MAGA’s war on the deep state. And Tucker? He went nuclear: “The DOJ is covering up crimes. Serious crimes. And they know it.”
This memo was supposed to bring closure. Instead, it reopened every wound, every theory, and every demand for accountability. The people didn’t ask for a polished press release—they asked for the damn truth.
And if this was the truth, why does it feel like a cover-up?
“THE TAPES WERE CHILD PORN. THEY’LL NEVER BE RELEASED.” THAT’S THEIR ANSWER?
Trump punted. Bondi spun. And the trust they promised to restore just got torched.
During Tuesday’s televised cabinet meeting, President Trump and Attorney General Pam Bondi were confronted with a direct question: Did Jeffrey Epstein work for U.S. or foreign intelligence? The reporter cited former U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta’s comments, longstanding rumors, and the recent memo that supposedly wrapped up the case. Trump’s response? Pure deflection. “Are people still talking about this creep?” he scoffed. “At a time like this?”
But it got worse.
Bondi followed up with a cold, calculated dodge: she claimed the so-called “tens of thousands” of Epstein tapes were nothing but child pornography—and would never be released. That was it. The footage everyone’s been waiting years to see? Vanished into legal darkness. “Never gonna be released. Never gonna see the light of day,” she said.
So, to recap: There’s no client list, no co-conspirators, no agents, no accountability—and now we’re supposed to just move on?
Social media didn’t buy it. ZeroHedge asked the obvious: who else was in those tapes besides the children? Robby Starbuck called out Bondi’s backpedal on her previous comments. Elon Musk jumped into the chaos with a brutal metaphor: “Like a magician accidentally sawed his assistant in half, then said ‘It’s all part of the show, folks.’” Even Trump’s most loyal supporters were left stunned—and silent.
People aren’t stupid. They remember Bondi claiming in February that the Epstein client list was “sitting on her desk.” They remember promises that the logs, the names, the files would be released. And now? The DOJ and FBI have closed the case and shut the door—just as questions multiply, just as anger peaks.
This isn’t closure. This is insult.
They told us they’d clean house. Instead, they locked the doors and tossed the key into the swamp.
ELON MUSK: “THE SECOND AMENDMENT IS SACRED”—AND SO IS BITCOIN
The America Party is officially open for business, and it’s packing heat and digital gold.
On Monday, Elon Musk took to X to outline some key pillars of his new political movement, the America Party—and he didn’t mince words. Responding to a question about guns, Musk declared, “The Second Amendment is sacred.” Asked about crypto? He fired back, “Fiat is hopeless, so yes.” With that, Musk aligned his new party with two major pillars of the populist right: the right to bear arms, and the right to financial freedom outside the Fed.
It didn’t stop there. Musk nodded “yes” to a crowd-sourced party platform that included slashing regulations, embracing AI in the military, going pro-natalist, accelerating tech growth, and championing free speech. He’s not just launching a party—he’s sketching out what looks like MAGA-meets-Tesla populism. And it’s gaining traction.
While Trump allies remain publicly dismissive—Trump reportedly called Musk’s ambitions “ridiculous”—it’s clear Musk isn’t looking to run against Trump. Not yet. He’s aiming at the House and Senate, saying, “The America Party is formed to give you back your freedom.” That’s a direct shot at the GOP establishment and the D.C. status quo.
Translation? The richest man on Earth just walked into the political ring and said: I’m not here to play by your rules—I’m here to rewrite them.
TRUMP BANS CHINESE PURCHASE OF U.S. FARMLAND—FINALLY
You can’t secure a nation that’s quietly being bought piece by piece.
On Tuesday, the Trump administration rolled out the National Farm Security Action Plan, a bold, seven-point strategy to block Chinese nationals and other “foreign adversaries” from purchasing U.S. farmland. The announcement came from Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins alongside several GOP governors, declaring that America’s soil is not for sale—not to the CCP, and not to any regime that sees American values as a threat.
Rollins didn’t hold back. She called foreign land grabs an “existential threat” to U.S. food security and said the feds will begin working with state governments to not only block new purchases—but possibly claw back prior acquisitions. Translation: we’re not just closing the gate—we’re kicking out whoever snuck in.
This move follows rising concerns that China and other hostile entities are using farmland buys to gain quiet leverage over U.S. food production, supply chains, and critical infrastructure near military bases. Trump’s action hits at the core of the globalist rot—selling out the homeland in the name of “free markets.”
The America First base is cheering. The corporate press? Already screeching about “xenophobia.” But try finding an Iowa farmer or a Nebraska rancher who wants Beijing owning their neighbor’s plot. Good luck.
Trump just did what no one else had the guts to do—protect the literal ground we stand on.

“A government that is big enough to give you everything you want is strong enough to take everything you have.”

Thanks for reading The Daily Briefing. We’re not afraid to call it out—even when it hurts. When Trump’s DOJ echoes the same deep-state talking points we spent years fighting, something’s gone sideways. Transparency isn’t optional. Accountability isn’t negotiable. If they bury this, what else are they hiding?
This isn’t justice—it’s self-preservation dressed up in a press release.

P.S.
Here’s my take: The Trump team just told us to trust the same DOJ we swore was broken. I don’t care who’s in charge—if you’re defending Epstein’s secrecy, you’re part of the rot. Am I wrong? Or is this the gut-check moment we’ve been avoiding?
The cover-up just went mainstream. You owe it to someone to show them what really happened.

I have to wonder, if Epstein kept records, are they being held back to be used as ammunition later? Maybe the Biden Administration did destroy them. I'm sure their friends had a lot to lose.
