Unfortunately, Donbas shouldn’t be given to Putin. Historically it’s Ukrainian. Putin is an invader. When one gives someone to the invader it partially justifies them. They did it with Crimea. Although Crimea is a bit different in that’s its history has been up for claim for ages. But Donbas hadn’t been. With that, it’s heavily Russian population due to post WWII migration. Sucks Trump hasn’t been able to curtail Putin. Maybe this will succeed. But Putin is like the Dems. Agree to something then later does not follow through.
