Common sense told many people a long time ago that illegal immigrants were getting federally funded benefits. For example, how can an illegal immigrant woman with 3 or 4 kids survive working as a cleaning woman or in any other low income job without benefits in one of the most expensive states in the country to live in. Of course CA was using a loophole to funnel the federal dollars to pay for benefits for their massive illegal immigrant population.
So this begs the question as
